We are a small virtual team always on the lookout for freelance coders who can help us automate workflows for our small business clients.
Right now we’re looking for a freelance PHP developer familiar with REST and SOAP API integrations and knowledgeable about OOP, javascript, html/css, WordPress, mySQL, and angular… and we may find ways to use anything else you bring to the table. Other critical skills include the ability to fail fast and learn quickly, to ask questions and question assumptions, and to be flexible and stay organized. If you can juggle several balls in the air while playing Simon Says and studying astrophysics, we’d love to talk to you.
Our clients are small businesses and non-profits who need to automate workflow processes. The majority of our work comes from Infusionsoft customers needing customization or integration, so familiarity with their quirky API is helpful (but not essential if you’re a good fit). However, we take on a wide variety of projects, including full integrations between systems, one-way integrations and data parsing, custom ecommerce solutions, membership sites, and browser plugins… just to name a few. Our projects tend to be small (10-50 hours), and we usually work a number at a time.
A new contractor in this position should expect to begin with around five hours a week of work, but ideally the right person will enable us to expand to steadily take on 15-20 hours per week (and possibly more).
We are a woman-owned business established in 2013. Our goal is to help small businesses grow through automation and thereby increase opportunities for the middle class. We support non-profit organizations through discounts, with a special interest in the environment and tech opportunities for women. While we never compromise quality, we believe that work should be meaningful and sustain workers, and we strive to create a work environment where our work fits our lives.
