Infusionsoft is an amazing business automation tool. But, as we are automating our business processes, we have all come across things Infusionsoft just couldn’t or wouldn’t do in exactly the way we want right out-of-the-box.
That is where the Infusionsoft API experts at Dunne, Foryoo & Phast come in. We know how to use the Infusionsoft API, to talk directly to the brain of Infusionsoft, to get it to do anything YOU want. Anything.
1 Submit Your Project
It doesn’t matter if it is big or small. We can tackle them all. Write out what you want done, in as much detail as you can. The clearer you can be up-front, the faster and less expensive it will be on the back end.
2 We Will Review Your Project Within Hours
Your project will be assigned to a Project Manager who will review your project. They will check to make sure we have all the information we need and establish whether or not we can help.
3 Development or Done For You Fast?
We have two different workgroups who do different types of work. Our DFY Group (Done For You Fast) works on projects we can turn around in between 24 hours and a week to ten days. Anything over that will be referred to our Development Group. NOTE: (different Terms and Conditions apply to development work.)
4 You Get a Quick And Dirty Estimate Of Time and Cost
We are all busy. So honestly, there is no point in either one of us spending a lot of time if we aren’t even in the ballpark. If you decide our fee or timeframe doesn’t work for you, no worries … You don’t know until you ask. We hope you will give us a crack at your next project.
5 You Sign a Plain English Contract and Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is
This protects everyone. It is always better to know, up front, what are the terms of our relationship. DFY projects are fixed fee and require payment in advance. Development projects may be priced as either project or hourly and will require a deposit of up to 50%, depending on the specifics.
6 You Work With your Project Manager to Get EXACTLY What You Want On Paper
For a Done For You Fast project, this should take anywhere from one email or phone call to several, depending on the complexity of your request. Again, the more of this you do, the less you will be paying us to do. So it really pays to be clear and detailed about what you want. If, after this phase, there are any updates to our quick and dirty estimate, you will sign-off on the change.
7 Your Project Goes In Our Queue
Once we have everything in-house that we need to complete the project, your project goes in our queue.
8 We Assign Your Project
As soon as possible, we assign the pieces of your project to various team members who are best suited to handle that particular aspect. Your Project Manager is the liaison between you and the various members of our team. When completed, your Project Manager will give it one last once-over, to make sure it meets the original spec, before turning it over to you for approval.
9 You Put It Through Its Paces
Once we have a finished product to show you, you will test it on our development servers. If we missed something and we need to make a revision to meet the spec, we will do that until it is right. When you are happy with the result, you sign a Memorandum of Acceptance and pay off your tab, if any.
10 We Move The Finished Product Over To Your Servers/Site/App
We will make sure everything works just the same in your app as it did in ours. Then she’s all yours. Don’t do anything we wouldn’t do and be home by midnight.
That’s the theory anyway. Occasionally, we will reserve the right to improvise.
